The moment you see your body differently, your life changes too

I am Judit Juhász, Body & Mind coach and personal trainer. I help people who look strong on the outside but have long been tired of constantly pleasing and adapting. Easy movement was not standard equipment for me. I was born with oxygen deprivation. Doctors said I would not be able to walk. As a child I had no choice: it took a great deal of pain, effort and self-discipline to live in a healthy, functioning body today.

That is why I became a trainer. Because I was the one who had to understand most deeply how the body works. What I know does not come only from textbooks and course material. I learned it on my own skin, movement by movement.

I have worked with people for ten years. First as a personal trainer — then I noticed something: however good the training plan was, the same pains and tensions kept coming back. Because the body does not heal from more load, but from finally feeling safe.

Constant pushing is not the same as real strength.

Today I work as both a personal trainer and a coach. But however we meet, one thing is the same: I look at the whole person, inside and out.

I will not promise it will be easy. But I do promise I will be standing next to you the whole way.

The method

How about a body with no limits in it?

I have tried almost everything: football, TRX, crossfit, yoga, pilates, golf, muay thai. Competing or the podium never motivated me. What interested me was why things happen, how the elements affect each other, how a body becomes mobile and yet shapely, what makes the whole thing work.

The JayJay Method grew out of that. Not one discipline — the best elements in one system.

Mobility, stretching, strength, muay thai
What I combine
  • Mobility — for pain-free movement
  • Stretching — to release accumulated tension
  • Strength training — for outer and inner stability, for toned muscle
  • Functional endurance — so you keep up with life once you leave the gym
  • Muay thai technique — complex, coordination-heavy work that leads anxiety out

The goal

A rock-solid core — because every movement starts there. And a toned, athletic body that not only looks good but is easy to live in.

All of it while we also work with your nervous system — because the strongest muscle is useless if your system keeps signalling emergency. The two together bring real, lasting change. I learned on my own body that there is no other way.
