Body — KiDBOX · ages 7–16

You cannot protect them from everything. But you can teach them what to do with it.

One-to-one training for ages 7–16, where movement is the language — not conversation.

“He will not tell me what is wrong. I can just see it on him."

This is the sentence I hear most often from parents. And the same thing always follows: that they have tried asking, tried talking it through, and got nowhere.

It is not your fault, and not your child's fault either. Children simply do not talk tension out of themselves — they carry it. In stomach aches. In disturbed sleep. In sudden mood swings. And in their posture.

That is why we do not start with conversation, but with movement.

KidBox – tension release and stability for ages 7–16

The goal of KidBox is not combat-sport training. The goal is for the child to learn, through movement, to handle the loads of everyday life — whether family difficulties, starting school, performance pressure or conflicts with peers.

What happens in a session?
  • Mobilisation and strengthening: moving the spine, hips and shoulder girdle, plus full-body exercises for better posture and athletic, resilient muscle.
  • Boxing technique (no contact): work on the bag and the shield, never on an opponent. This is the cleanest tool for physically releasing accumulated tension and developing coordination.
  • Breathing and wind-down: body-awareness techniques at the end that the child takes home and can use alone before a hard test or after an argument.

Important boundaries

  • The first 15 minutes of the first session are shared with the parent, so we can talk everything through.
  • No contact, no injury-prone elements — the intensity always adapts to the child.
